About us
The Sprintcar Racing Association of Victoria (SRA) is the State Member body of the Sprintcar Control Council of Australia (SCCA).
The SRA was formed due to the amalgamation of The Modified Sprintcar Drivers Association of Victoria (MSDAV) and the Premier Speedway Club. Up until this point it was split.
The SRA are responsible for sanctioning and administering Sprintcar Racing in Victoria, under the SCCA banner.
We have 2 Sprintcar classes 410 Open Sprintcars and 360/LS Sprintcars that run over approximately 38 race meetings across the state. These events encompass our West Vic Sheds and Garages Open Sprintcar Series and our West Vic Sheds and Garages 360/LS Sprintcar Series as well as other events, including the most prestigious race in Australia The Grand Annual Sprintcar Classic at Premier Speedway, as well as other major events such as The President’s Cup at Avalon Raceway and the 15k Shootout at Simpson Speedway.
